Other challenges can include a lack of understanding of social norms and office politics, which can lead to a lack of confidence. First-generation lawyers also may not have mentors with similar backgrounds to provide career guidance.

As First-Generation Lawyers we may not have the same access to resources or knowledge our peers have. We are working to provide experiences and connections to help with these challenges.
